Reagents for environmental monitoring, bioassay, geochemistry, radiopharmacy and decommissioning

Although the majority of our resins are now produced in France, we are still purchasing part of our raw materials in the US. Therefore we are subject to the American export rules and restrictions, more particularly to the « U.S. EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT » and its annex.

 

In consequence we need to be sure about the final destination and application of our products.

 

TrisKem International SAS is responsible for its exportations and also for the exportations of its resellers.

TrisKem International SAS reserves the right:

1. To refuse or cancel a transaction which is violating American export regulations
2. To assure the respect of these rules

A resale certificate and an end user’s statement for the final employ of our products will be sent to any reseller and the letter must be filled in by the end user. To confirm any transaction the signed documents have to be sent back to TrisKem International.

 

Depending on the recurrence and frequency of the orders an annual resale certificate and end user’s statement might be proposed.

 

In the frame work of a direct dealing with an end user in a country being subject to American constraints, TrisKem International reserves the right to cancel or confirm a transaction after reception of the end user’s statement.
